Are You Unqualified?

What makes someone the most qualified person for the job? Is it their degree? Their professional experience? Or is it something a little less tangible? That x factor. The qualification “je ne sais quoi” if you will. 

 

Today we want to encourage you. We believe in you. In fact, we talk about why you shouldn’t let your degree (or lack of one) make you feel unqualified. 

 

Today’s Brief: Take a couple minutes to figure out what those difference makers are that you bring to your business or your industry. What are those unique qualifications that you have that are going to make a difference? Confidently share them next time someone asks about your qualifications.
